At Snusmine.com, we aim to provide quality products and great customer service. Below, you’ll find our refund and return policies. Please read carefully to understand your options.

Returns:

Due to the nature of nicotine pouches being perishable goods, returns are generally not accepted. However, exceptions may apply in the following cases:

  2. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, please reach out to us to discuss further steps.

Refunds:

  • Once items are shipped, we maintain a no refund policy.
  • If you request a refund before your order has been shipped, we can issue a refund.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, you may choose from the following:
    • A refund.
    • A gift card for future purchases.
    • A discount on your next order.

To receive a full refund, you will need to return the damaged or incorrect items to our warehouse. Refunds will be processed within two weeks of the returned package’s arrival.

Steps to Follow for Refunds:

  1. If you are eligible for a refund, please ensure the package is returned in good condition.
  2. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

If you have not obtained your refund yet, then you can do the below things:

  • First, check your bank account.
  • Then reach out to your bank or credit card company since processing times can differ.

Sale Products:

We only offer refunds for regular-priced items. Unfortunately, sale products aren’t eligible for refunds.

Exchanges:

We replace items only if they are damaged or faulty.

  • To request an exchange, email us at snusmine9@gmail.com with evidence (such as photos) of the damaged or faulty item.
  • We do not exchange items that are no longer wanted or needed once delivered.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers need to pay the shipping costs for returns.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you get a refund, the return shipping expense will be cut from the total amount refunded.

For returns over $30, we suggest using a shipping service with tracking or adding shipping insurance. This ensures that your package arrives safely, as we can’t assure receipt of returned products without tracking.
